Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery. If your tracking information remains in pre-shipment for more than 3 business days, please contact us at hello@stetstudios.com with your order number, and we will investigate the issue.

I Haven’t Received My Order

If your order is delayed, please check the tracking information provided. If it has been stuck in the sorting stage for more than a few days, or if it is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out to us at hello@stetstudios.com with your order number, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue. Be sure to also check with your neighbors or mailbox for any missed delivery slips.

Customs Fees

For orders shipped outside the EU, customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Any additional customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient, and Stet Studios does not refund these costs. While it is uncommon, please be aware that extra fees may apply based on the destination.
