Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
How fast do you ship?
We typically process and dispatch orders within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). During peak periods, processing may take a little longer.
How long will delivery take?
Europe (EU): 1–3 business days
United Kingdom: 1–2 business days
Switzerland & Norway: 2–3 business days
United States & Mexico: 1–3 business days
Rest of the World: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays.
What are your shipping rates?
Buy 2 or more, get free shipping worldwide.
NL, BE, AT, DE, DK, FR, UK: Free
All other EU countries + CH, NO: €5
US, CA, MX: €15
For destinations outside these regions, rates are shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
Please use a street address. Many carriers can’t deliver to PO Boxes, which can delay your order.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
If your tracking shows “pre-shipment” for more than 3 business days, email hello@stetstudios.com with your order number and we’ll investigate.
My order is delayed or marked delivered but I didn’t receive it, what now?
- Check the tracking details for attempted delivery updates.
- Look for a delivery slip and ask neighbors/building management.
- If still missing, contact hello@stetstudios.com with your order number; we’ll help resolve it.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
Orders shipped outside the EU may incur customs, duties, or taxes based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and aren’t refundable by Stet Studios.
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- To start a return, email hello@stetstudios.com with your order number.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
- Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method (please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process).
Do you offer exchanges?
The fastest way is to return for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact hello@stetstudios.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll make it right.
Orders

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and local payment methods (availability varies by country). You’ll see options at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start preparing orders quickly. If you need to change the shipping address or cancel, email hello@stetstudios.com ASAP with your order number. We’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed once an order is processed.
Can I split a shipment if my order has a pre-order item?
Orders containing pre-order items typically ship together when all items are ready. If you prefer split shipping, contact hello@stetstudios.com (additional shipping fees may apply).
Do you include invoices and VAT?
An order confirmation & detailed invoice are emailed to you after checkout.
Note: Taxes/VAT at checkout follow local regulations for your delivery address.
Do you offer wholesale or trade discounts?
Yes, we work with selected retailers and trade partners. Email hello@stetstudios.com with your store details, location, and estimated volumes.

What materials do you use?
We primarily use steel, chosen for its durability, strength, and recyclability. Steel is one of the most recyclable materials, aligning with our commitment to responsible design.
Where are your products made?
All products are designed in the Netherlands and produced in Europe. Keeping production local helps us maintain quality, reduce transport emissions, and support sustainable practices.
How do I care for my Stet Studios product?
Our powder-coated steel products are low-maintenance. Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasives, or scouring pads that may damage the finish.
Are your products sustainable?
Yes. We design long-lasting products using recyclable materials and mindful production processes. Durability is our first sustainability principle.
Can I customize my order?
Not at the moment. We’re exploring possibilities for the future, follow us on social or join the newsletter for updates.
Will Stet Studios products scratch my surfaces?
Contact points are designed to be gentle on surfaces, and select items include non-slip/soft pads. If you’re concerned about delicate finishes, consider adding felt pads to your furniture as an extra precaution.
Do you offer a warranty?
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you encounter a manufacturing defect, email hello@stetstudios.com with photos and your order number, we’ll take care of you.
